InsideVoice was built to solve a problem HR leaders quietly deal with every day: important programs communicated in ways employees don't fully understand, creating confusion that lands back on HR.
After two decades working across benefits, policy, HR systems, and organizational change communications, the pattern became clear. The programs themselves were rarely the issue. Most organizations had thoughtful strategy, strong leadership support, and real investment behind their people programs.
Where things broke down was the communication around them.
Information was too dense. Messages were scattered across channels. Employees were expected to interpret complex decisions on their own. And HR teams were left answering the same questions again and again.
The gap wasn't the idea. It was the execution.
